Heat Sterilization
With our in-house autoclaves, your containers are steam heated to 1210 C (2500
F) at 103 kPa (15 PSI) above atmospheric pressure for 15 minutes. The steam and pressure transfer sufficient heat into organisms to kill them. This method is different than disinfection, where only organisms that can cause diseases are removed by a disinfectant. Proper autoclave treatment will eliminate all transmissible agents such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, prions, and also resistant bacterial spores. Our technicians closely monitor the sterilization process to ensure that your cleanliness standard is achieved. Industries Served
